Delivery & Postage:
The checkout in the online store can calculate shipping charge automatically within Japan and several other locations over seas.

If you are located outside of Japan and our checkout can't prosess your order, please get in touch with us and we will happily find out the best shipping charge for your location.

Please include all the items you would like to buy when contacting us, so we can give you,  an accurate shipping quote.

Note: If you are ordering from outside of Japan, you may be charged import tax.

Collection:
Collection is also available form the studio, This is by appointment only to make sure we are able to meet with you.
Please contact us to arrange a suitable date and time.

Guarantee:
If you have any problems or question about a product it's best to first contact us, That way we can discuss how to help you best. As a guide most of our products have a 1 year guarantee from the date of purchase against manufacture faults. This does not include accidental damage or wear from use. However if you do damage something and it's able to be fixed we will try our best to help.

Refunds & returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase at the time you receive it please contact us so we can help you.

Unused items can be returned to us for a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to let us know you will be returning your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Time scale:

Many items in the online store are "made to order"
(this means the item is made once an order has been placed).

We aim to make orders as quickly as possible. At times there is a high level of demand, We take orders on a first-come-first-served basis.

After your order is placed you will receive an email. We check the current workshop schedule and give you an accurate update for your order.

However some Items are "In-Stock" So these will be sent as soon as possible.
(often with in 2-3 working days).
